Tips For Downloading
Internet Explorer-
1. While following the download prompts, you get a message that
Internet Explorer is
currently running and download will not continue.
A. Close
Internet Explorer.
B. Continue the download.
2. When you follow the download prompts to completion, the toolbar may not
automatically appear. If this occurs, do the following:
A. Click "View" at the top of the page (Menu will open.)
B. Click "Toolbars" (A list of toolbars will appear.)
C. Click the organization toolbar (toolbar will appear in your browser.)
Mozilla Firefox-
1. You click to start the download but nothing happens.
A. Click the "Allow" button displayed at the top right base of your
browser.
